I recently moved another piece of American iron on eBay. This time it was a Craftsman 1-1/8” Deep-Well Socket, model G2-47593. I picked this up as part of a massive tool lot for about $250 a while back. When you break down the math on a haul that size, I probably had less than two bucks into this single socket. Selling it for **$8.50** was a good flip to start regaining my initial investment!
This particular socket is a "G2" series, which is a favorite for folks who love the classic Made in USA quality. This model was produced during a time when Craftsman was still cranking out heavy-duty steel in the States, mostly around the 1980s and 90s. It was in great used condition, and the buyer was happy enough to leave a glowing positive review.
